Hummorous Argument

This past Saturday SNL did another opening skit with Tina Fey as Sarah Palin. The skit was about Sarah Palin's interview with Katie Curic and how Palin was unable to answer some of the question or she would resort back to her same steady answers. It really makes you think about the idea of whether or not she is ready to be the VP and if she will always resort back to what she is told to say.

Teresa,

I think your point is very well portrayed in your comic. My only suggestion would be to work on your cropping efforts and maybe get a different picture of McCain

Teresa,
I think you had a very clever idea, and I love the polar bear...I thought it was very cute and unique. I like how it plays off of Palin being from Alaska, as well as your main point about her conflicting view with McCain. I think you effectively portrayed your message in a humorous way.

1. Effective- I think your cartoon is very effective and funny because this environmental issue is recognizable to most people.
2. Suggestions- No suggestions; I like it the way it is.
3. Response- I liked it a lot, and I think it uses humor well.

Teresa,

effective- John McCain saying global warming is man-made with Sarah Palin disagreeing works really well with what you're trying to portray here

suggestions- maybe the quotes could be coming out of their mouths? But that's not a necessity at all

response- It's very cute and your point is clear

I think your comic was really good. It clearly stated your argument, it was funny, and pretty easy to understand. I don't think you should change anything.
